LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
I believe therapy should be a place where you do not have to explain, defend, or minimize who you are. I provide an affirming, compassionate space for LGBTQ+ children, teens, and adults to explore life's challenges while honoring the fullness of their identities and experiences.
Whether you are navigating identity exploration, coming out, relationships, family dynamics, gender exploration, grief, anxiety, or the impact of living in systems that have not always felt affirming, therapy can offer a space to feel seen, supported, and understood.
I recognize that experiences within LGBTQ+ communities are diverse and deeply personal. For some, therapy may be a place to process discrimination, rejection, or minority stress. For others, it may be a space to deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, explore joy and authenticity, or navigate transitions and life changes unrelated to identity.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in environments where we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. Together, we can make space for all parts of your experience—your questions, strengths, challenges, hopes, and the identities that make you who you are.
You deserve a therapeutic space where your story is honored, your relationships are valued, and your whole self is welcome.
